It’s quite natural to feel uneasy about cutting factory wiring.
In fact, the wiring inside a vehicle can’t all be treated the same—wiring that is safe to cut and wiring that is not safe to cut are mixed together.

At LOGON, we perform the work by first confirming this assumption for each vehicle.
For wiring that can be cut without causing problems, we handle it carefully, including the processing method, so that issues are less likely to occur later. For wiring that should be avoided cutting, we review the wiring diagrams and the vehicle’s specifications, and then choose a method that allows the work to be carried out safely.

Especially with recent vehicles, there are increasing numbers of models—starting with Toyota vehicles—that use a lot of aluminum wiring.
With such wiring, more caution is required than before, and careless modifications can sometimes lead to malfunctions or deterioration.
That’s why it’s important to proceed not based on appearance alone, but also considering differences in each model’s wiring configuration and materials.
