Hello, I am Yugo Komizo, the representative of Sound Evolution Logon. For more than 25 years, I have been dedicated to the fields of car audio and car security, working every day with the theme of making cars safer and more enjoyable.

Our shop’s concept is simple: “The customer’s smile comes first.” Every visitor is unique, with different preferences and budgets. That is why we place great importance on thorough consultation and providing proposals tailored to each individual.

For car audio, we have prepared one of the largest demo boards in Japan. Customers can listen and compare, helping them discover “the sound they love.” Through real experiences that go beyond catalogs or explanations, we help transform their cars into more comfortable and enjoyable spaces.

In the area of car security, we constantly research and test the latest systems to counter increasingly sophisticated theft techniques. By verifying effectiveness with actual vehicles, we propose security plans that offer true peace of mind, tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and environment.

Car audio and car security share the same purpose: both exist to make time spent in the car safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable. I never cut corners in either area, always working with the mindset of “treating every car as if it were my own.”

One thing I absolutely refuse to do is surprise customers with unexpected additional charges after the work is done. I take full responsibility for the initial estimate provided and strive to create an environment where customers can trust us completely.

Moving forward, I will continue to make use of my experience and achievements to support customers’ car lives with greater safety and enjoyment, through both car audio and car security.

Michi Koseki, who has been my junior since my apprenticeship days, is a specialist with many years of experience in the automotive industry. At our shop, she takes on the front desk role, welcoming customers like a concierge and supporting them from consultation to delivery with reassurance.

Koseki has a competitive spirit and always thinks seriously about how to further satisfy customers. Because of this earnest attitude, there are times when she and I exchange differing opinions, but these moments often lead us to new ideas and higher-level solutions.

Her role extends beyond front-desk work; she excels at listening carefully to customers and conveying their voices accurately to the technical staff. She also explains the workflow and results thoroughly, ensuring that even first-time visitors feel comfortable leaving their requests in our hands.

Combining the warmth and attentiveness unique to women with professional knowledge and experience, Koseki’s greatest charm lies in this balance. She is truly indispensable both to our customers and to me.

Technical ManagerNEGISHI NORIYUKI 根岸 紀之 ねぎし のりゆき

Noriyuki Negishi, who dedicated 25 years to working at a dealership and even served as a factory manager, is a specialist with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Today, he leads our pit as the person we can rely on to handle every task with confidence.

Negishi always faces customers with sincerity and responds with integrity. Thanks to this attitude, he has earned deep trust, and many customers often say, “If it’s Mr. Negishi, there’s no need to worry.”

In fact, my connection with Negishi began when he casually stopped by while we were preparing to open Logon. In a sense, he was our very first ‘customer.’ Since his dealership days, he has been someone I could always consult, kindly offering guidance whenever I was unsure. To now be working alongside him as a colleague is a source of great joy for me.

With his rich experience, reliable skills, and the trust we share as teammates, Negishi is an indispensable presence as we continue to push each other forward and build the new Logon together.

My encounter with Akinobu Tabata was purely by chance. At a time when I was personally going through a very difficult period, he supported me and has since become an irreplaceable member of our team.
