This is the work of installing your own rear tray (deck/trunk shelf) speakers into your vehicle. If the speakers have an illumination feature, this also includes the power wiring work needed to light them up.

Rear tray speakers are well positioned to add spaciousness and envelopment to the sound from behind, but the mounting hole shape, speaker size, and wiring routing vary by vehicle model. For customer-provided products, the scope of work may change depending on the product contents, included accessories, compatibility with the vehicle, and the condition of the existing system. For speakers with an illumination feature, how the power is sourced, and whether it stays on constantly or is linked to another signal, affects usability. Beyond the visual effect, we also check for interference with other electrical components and fuse capacity before wiring.

Adding rear tray speakers also matters for the balance and continuity of sound with the front speakers. After installation, we check the overall balance as needed so it sounds natural inside the cabin.
