Depending on the camera mounting location and angle, how the wiring is routed, how power is tapped, and how it fits with the interior trim, the appearance and ease of use will vary. If your vehicle already has a dash cam or additional electrical equipment installed, it is also necessary to check the existing wiring and the current installation condition.

At this time, we are not accepting bring-in digital mirror installations

At our shop, the work itself is technically possible; however, digital mirror installation is currently not included in our standard intake services.

At present, we prioritize jobs such as car security, car audio, battery replacement, and air-conditioner gas maintenance. For general electrical dress-up work—including digital mirrors—it would be best to consult a business that specializes in such work.

To be honest, if we were to take on the installation, the labor fee could end up higher than that charged by a specialist shop. If you are going to request the work in the first place, it is a choice that leads to fewer regrets to have it checked at a shop that handles digital mirror installations frequently, including how well the product matches and the installation method for your specific vehicle model.
