Installation fee for customer-provided front and rear dashcams.

Even before-and-after dash cams you bring in can be installed neatly to match your vehicle.

【Front-and-Rear Drive Recorder (Dash Cam) Bring-In Installation Fees|Current Reception Status】

Even though you’ve purchased a front-and-rear drive recorder, many of you may be thinking, “Could I just have the installation done?”

For front-and-rear models, it involves not only securing the front and rear cameras, but also routing the wiring all the way to the rear, how to take power, and the interior trim shapes specific to each vehicle model. In practice, the work needs to be carried out while confirming both the vehicle and the product. Depending on how the wiring looks and the camera angles, the satisfaction you feel after you start using it can also change.

However, at the moment, LOGON is currently prioritizing security, car audio, battery replacement, and air-conditioner refrigerant gas maintenance, and we do not accept general installation work for electrical equipment, including drive recorders.**

This is not because the work itself cannot be done technically, but since it differs from our shop’s main business, the installation fee could end up being higher than that charged by vendors who specialize in this. Also, for bring-in products, additional parts may be required depending on the included accessories and how they match your vehicle model.

If you are considering having a front-and-rear drive recorder installed, I think it would be smoother in terms of cost to consult a vendor that specializes in installing dash cams.

Thank you for reaching out, but I’m sorry we cannot meet your request. If it’s something we currently handle—such as security or car audio—we will be happy to consult with you thoroughly in line with your vehicle model and how you use it, so please contact us again if anything comes up.
