【KENWOOD DDX5020SR | AV Main Unit Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto】

If you’re struggling with updating maps on your factory navigation or with usability, but you’d still like to enjoy DVDs and CDs, the right choice is the KENWOOD DDX5020SR.

Featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on a 6.8-inch wide display. By connecting an iPhone or Android smartphone, you can display the map and music apps you use every day in an easy-to-view way inside the vehicle. For those who want to make use of smartphone navigation, this AV main unit lets you modernize your in-car experience without hassle.

Since it supports DVD, CD, USB, and Bluetooth, you can enjoy not only music from your smartphone, but also the discs you’ve collected and audio sources you’ve saved. It also supports USB mirroring, which allows you to display an Android smartphone’s screen, and lets you choose the playback method to suit how you use it.

In terms of sound quality, it includes adjustment features such as a 13-band equalizer, crossover, and time alignment. Rather than simply replacing the unit, tuning the sound to match your car and speakers can also change the vocal position and the overall cohesiveness of the audio.

It supports inputs such as a rear-view camera and a steering remote, making it less likely to significantly change your day-to-day ease of use. Since compatibility and the parts required for connection vary depending on the vehicle model and the factory system, it’s best to check before installation.

At LOGON, we confirm not only whether the product can be installed, but also the connections with factory functions, usability, wiring handling, and sound adjustment after installation. Even with the same AV main unit, having the installation tailored to the vehicle model and how you use it can make a big difference in day-to-day convenience.

If you want to use smartphone integration, want to keep using DVDs and CDs, or want to step up from your factory audio without difficulty, please tell us your vehicle model and how you plan to use it. We won’t force you to decide on a model—together, we’ll sort out which configuration would be easiest for you to use.
