Recovery, cleaning, and charging to the specified amount

PS134 Dual is a device that recovers refrigerant gas from the vehicle, removes impurities and moisture inside, and then returns the required amount accurately.

Rather than simply replacing all the refrigerant with new gas, the key feature of this maintenance is that recovery, purification, and charging are performed while checking the condition of the refrigerant currently in the system.

Especially for R1234yf, which is an expensive refrigerant, being able to work precisely while using only the amount needed (without using more than necessary) is a major advantage.

Air conditioners are often thought of as “as long as it cools, it’s fine,” but even if the refrigerant is outside the specified amount—whether too little or too much—it may be difficult to achieve the system’s proper efficiency. Before the peak season, it’s reassuring to have the condition checked properly once.

Analog meters for observation, with digital control inside

For pressure checks, we use analog meters that make it easier to visually judge the condition.

Meanwhile, the unit’s internal system is designed for digital control, allowing switching between R134a and R1234yf for the work. We perform maintenance matched to the vehicle while managing the process so the refrigerant types are not confused.
