[SAEC SPC-850 Speaker Cable Installation | Neatly Routing From an Under-Seat DSP Amp to Front 2-WAY + Rear / 3-WAY]
When upgrading sound with new speakers or a DSP amp, it's easy to focus only on the speakers or amplifier - but re-routing the speaker cable itself also plays a big role in the final result.
The SAEC SPC-850 is the flagship speaker cable positioned above the SPC-650. It uses PC-Triple C conductors in a much thicker 3.4sq(mm2) cross-section than the SPC-650, combined with SAEC's proprietary "Stratum" structure for improved conductivity and information retrieval. Both the conductor insulation and sheath use damping-material-loaded polyethylene to suppress vibration-induced noise.
This service covers routing speaker cable from a DSP amp or power amp installed under the seat to a front 2-way + rear speaker setup, or a front 3-way configuration.
The SPC-850 has an even larger outer diameter than the SPC-650 (approx. phi10mm), so it can't simply be run through - the route must account for available space, interior fit, noise avoidance, and future maintainability.
At LOGON, we consider the vehicle's structure and system configuration to route the cable cleanly, making later adjustments or system upgrades easier.
