The T-DSPmk2 is well-suited if you want to get the sound dialed in while keeping the factory audio, or if you want to fine-tune the overall balance of the system by combining speakers, an amplifier, and a subwoofer. With DSP, simply adding the main unit doesn’t automatically complete the sound. The final result changes depending on how you adjust it after confirming the vehicle’s acoustic characteristics and how well it matches the speakers.
