The Morel ELATE CARBON MW6 is a 6.5-inch (approximately 16.5 cm) mid-woofer/midrange driver, embodied in the spirit and technology of the company's high-end "ELATE CARBON" series. Its triple-layer carbon fiber + Rohacell® sandwich cone construction achieves lightweight, high rigidity, and excellent damping, maximizing vibration precision. The combination of a large 3-inch (approximately 75 mm) diameter Hexatech™ aluminum voice coil, titanium former, and EVC™ motor structure faithfully reproduces music signals with low distortion and excellent control. The result is a wide frequency range from 30 Hz to 4,000 Hz (subject to slight variations depending on specifications), capable of handling powerful inputs of up to 180 W (peak) with a 4 Ω impedance and a rated input of 1,000 W. The MW6's practical size allows for installation in door speakers or with inner/outer baffles, with a depth of approximately 61 mm.
