It’s not just adding a baffle to the door like a typical outer baffle. First, we check the factory door structure for your specific vehicle, and while machining and reinforcing the necessary sections, we integrate the speaker-support base with the door panel. We take into account the speaker’s mounting angle and position, as well as depth, so we can refine both the sound and the finish.

To get the best out of the speaker’s performance, it’s important not only to choose the unit itself, but also to have a solid foundation that holds it firmly in place.

By creating a rigid baffle integrated with the door panel, the speaker’s motion is easier to control, making it easier to achieve a well-shaped sound attack and clear definition in the mid-to-low range. Since the scope of machining and the finishing method can change the content, it’s more reliable to organize the direction by looking at the actual car first, rather than deciding the shape and price by email alone.
