Courtesy car fees during the construction/installation period are free.
In addition, if the return is delayed due to our circumstances, there will be no additional courtesy car charges.
However, if the return is delayed due to the customer’s convenience after the work is completed, we ask for a courtesy car usage fee of
5,500 yen (tax included) per day.

If your policy does not include the driving other vehicles special clause, we ask that you sign up for the insurance specified by our shop.
This is a paid option; the guideline is around 1,500 yen per day, though it may vary depending on the coverage.
To avoid any rush on the day of the installation, it’s smoother to confirm the insurance details in advance.
The courtesy car is a vehicle that multiple customers use in turn.
Therefore, we ask for your cooperation with the following:

If you use it in the usual way, nothing about this is especially difficult.
If there are any parking violations or traffic violations, we ask that the customer handles them personally.
Also, if excessive dirt or strong odors remain,
we may charge 100,000 yen (tax included) as a cleaning fee.
You will also be responsible for repair costs for damage such as scratches or dents to the exterior.
Even if it was not noticed at the time of return, if it can be confirmed later through photo records, we may consult with you afterward.
After the work is completed, we will contact you and consult with you on the return date and time.
