While your car is being serviced, we offer a complimentary courtesy car for your convenience.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all customers, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines.
■ Types of Courtesy Cars
Our courtesy cars are primarily compact kei cars (light vehicles).
We also have vehicles under 150 cm in height suitable for mechanical parking garages,
as well as van-type vehicles ideal for professional use.
If you have specific needs, please let us know at the time of booking.
■ Usage Period
The courtesy car is free of charge during the designated service period.
In the rare case of a delay caused by us, there will be no additional charges.
However, if the car is not returned on time due to personal circumstances after the service is completed,
a fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) per day will apply.
■ Fuel Policy
The courtesy car will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
Please return it with a full tank.
There are two gas stations nearby for your convenience.
■ Insurance
We ask that you use the "Drive Other Cars" coverage included in your own car insurance policy.
(Most policies cover courtesy cars without any special procedures.)
If your insurance does not include this coverage,
we offer optional insurance (with an additional fee).

Please check your insurance policy in advance or feel free to contact us if you are unsure.
■ Important Guidelines
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
Transporting hazardous materials, such as kerosene or gasoline, is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
(To accommodate customers with pet allergies, your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.)
■ In Case of Accidents or Damage
Parking or traffic violations are the responsibility of the driver.
In the case of excessive dirt or odors,
a cleaning fee of 100,000 yen (tax included) may be charged.
Any damage to the vehicle exterior, such as scratches or dents, will be the customer's responsibility.
If damages are discovered after return (based on photographic records),
repair costs will be billed accordingly.
■ Returning the Vehicle
We will contact you once the service is complete and arrange a return date.
If you need to change the return schedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
■ A Request to Our Customers
Our courtesy cars are maintained so that every customer can use them comfortably and with peace of mind.
Please handle them with care and consideration for the next customer.
