This is UG’s vehicle-specific front 2-way trade-in system for those who want to enjoy the Volkswagen Tiguan II’s factory audio a little more clearly and more enjoyably.

By replacing the factory speakers, the outlines of vocals and the fine details of instruments become easier to hear, and the overall music gains depth. Even with the music you normally listen to, this configuration is designed so you can more readily notice differences in soundstage expansion and the strength of the low end. It’s suitable both for those who enjoy music on long drives and for those who want to shape the Tiguan II’s cabin into a calm listening space.

For the tweeters, a 25mm silk dome diaphragm and a neodymium magnet are used. The highs are reproduced without becoming too hard, with a natural sense of spread. For the mid-bass, it features an 180mm two-layer glass-fiber paper (DLGP) cone, and the combination of a powerful ferrite magnet and a high-rigidity damper supports thick mid-bass and lower-midrange.

A dedicated passive network is included, and wiring supports factory plug-and-play connectors. This is a speaker that’s easy to consider if you want to build a solid sound foundation centered on the front speakers without making major system changes.

However, even with the same speakers, the final result will vary depending on the condition of the door side, the installation method, and the combination with surrounding parts.
