Although it is a 100mm midrange, it uses a high-elasticity carbon cone made with vacuum and autoclave molding. It is well suited to systems that want to reproduce the fine nuances and the way sound starts, and to carefully convey the amount of musical information centered on the midrange—such as vocal voices, guitar, and piano.

Designed so that the high frequencies extend naturally, it retains the “thickness” expected of a midrange while making it less likely for the sound to feel muffled. This is a unit that you can easily consider both when you want to properly shape the midrange of the front speakers, and when you want to rethink the integration in a 2-way or 3-way configuration.

For the magnetic circuit, it uses a large neodymium magnet, and the pole piece is designed using magnetic flux analysis software. In addition, a wide and lightweight Nomex voice coil enables a configuration aimed at achieving a broad playback bandwidth.
