8.6K3CX is a passive network designed to match the 3-way speaker system of the 8000 series.

It is an essential component that organizes the roles of the tweeter, midrange, and midwoofer, and helps shape the overall sound integration and the presentation of the mid-to-high frequencies. It is ideal for those who want to hear the subtle nuances of vocals and the resonance of instruments in a more natural way.

Inside, it uses a high-quality custom capacitor and air-core coils made from 99.9% pure copper. The adjustment jumpers use a gold-plated specification, creating a structure that helps suppress resistance while also handling high loads. The network is also characterized by an acrylic cover designed with element protection and cooling in mind.

The connection method supports switching between multi-amplifier connection and single-amplifier connection. With multi-amplifier connection, you can drive the tweeter and midrange separately from the midwoofer, allowing you to consider finer sound shaping to suit your amplifier and DSP configuration.

In addition, both the tweeter and midrange include level adjustment functions. You can adjust them to match in-car reflections, the speaker mounting positions, and your preferred volume balance.

This network is not a part that is finished once installed. The appropriate settings vary depending on speaker placement, the condition of the doors, and your amplifier configuration.
