SBA185 is an easy-to-use AB-class power amplifier designed specifically for subwoofers. It supports rated output of 180W at 4Ω and 265W at 2Ω, making it easier to drive the subwoofer’s low end firmly while naturally integrating it with the overall sound in the cabin.

The low-pass filter can be adjusted in the 35–100Hz range, helping you control unwanted high frequencies and organize the workload between the subwoofer and the front speakers. In addition, it features a Subsonic 25Hz high-pass filter, a phase inversion switch, and variable phase adjustment from 0 to 90°, allowing you to set it up according to the subwoofer you install and how it sounds in your vehicle.

Input sensitivity is compatible with 0.2–7V. With both high-level input and an auto-start function, it’s an amplifier that’s easy to incorporate into systems that make use of a factory navigation unit or factory audio.

With compact dimensions of 255×160×66mm, it’s relatively easy to consider for installation in embedded (flush) type setups. However, the actual mounting location, heat dissipation, and cable routing will vary depending on the vehicle model and system configuration.
