【BT HD Module|Wireless Input Module to Add Bluetooth Audio to Your DSP】
This is a Bluetooth audio input module designed for those who want to wirelessly input music stored on portable audio devices such as smartphones into the DSP in their car.
Using Bluetooth 5.0+EDR, it supports SBC, AAC, aptX, and aptX HD codecs. It supports a maximum 576 kbps data stream at 48 kHz / 24-bit. The received Bluetooth signals are sent to the DSP section and processed digitally.
A key feature is that you don’t need to use a cable every time you connect your smartphone—your usual music streaming services or saved audio sources can be added easily to the in-car audio system. Even vehicles that are tuned for sound quality based on the factory audio can have the audio consolidated and adjusted on the DSP side, making it easier to plan how to use the system according to your configuration.
However, the availability and whether settings are available can vary depending on the DSP model. Since adding the BT HD module doesn’t mean it can be used with all DSP units, it’s important to check and choose based on your currently used DSP, your existing input configuration, and how you use your smartphone.
At Logon, we don’t just help you add the module—we also confirm the DSP-side settings and how it will work together with your in-car system, and guide you in a way that’s practical and easy to use. Even if you want to add Bluetooth input but aren’t sure whether your current system can support it, let’s organize everything together while first looking at your vehicle’s specifications.
