Connect with Alpine navigation to make ETC easier to see and use.
【Alpine HCE-B063|Navigation-linked ETC In-Car Unit Compatible with NX・NX2 Series】
The Alpine HCE-B063 is an ETC in-car unit that can be used in conjunction with Alpine car navigation systems NX・NX2 Series manufactured from 2020 onward.
While many people think that it’s enough if the ETC system can pass through the toll gates, the navigation-linked type is a major advantage because you can check the toll charges and usage history directly on the navigation screen. Since the fee at the time you pass through the exit is displayed on the screen, it’s easy to confirm even if you miss the announcement. It’s also a configuration that’s convenient for people who frequently use expressways for work or travel.
It also supports a warning for forgetting to insert the ETC card. Reducing the chance of oversights when boarding and making it less likely you’ll panic near the toll gate may seem like a small, everyday detail—but it’s an important part of the equipment you use regularly. It also supports the new security standard, so it’s easier to keep using with confidence going forward.
Unlike standalone ETC in-car units, the HCE-B063 can integrate with compatible Alpine navigation systems to display ETC information together on the navigation screen. Rather than adding new control hardware, it feels like the ETC function is naturally added to the navigation you already use.
For vehicles that allow the separately sold, vehicle-specific Perfect Fit for built-in installation, you can aim for a neat finish that matches areas such as around the factory switch panel. If you don’t want the installation to look like an add-on inside the cabin, choosing with these installation options in mind is meaningful.
The HCE-B063 is not a product that can be connected to all Alpine navigation systems or display audio units.
Compatible vehicles are those equipped with Alpine navigation “NX・NX2 Series” manufactured from 2020 onward. It is not compatible with Alpine car navigation models manufactured from 2016 to 2019, and it also cannot be connected to Alpine display audio units.
Even if they are referred to as the same NX series, compatibility differs depending on the production year and the navigation specifications. Therefore, it’s important not to judge based on the model number alone, but to confirm both the installation conditions of the navigation currently installed and those of the vehicle. You also need to check whether the vehicle-specific Perfect Fit is available depending on the vehicle model, grade (type), and year.
At LOGON, when you’re considering an upgrade alongside a navigation replacement or car audio installation, we guide you while confirming the compatible models, installation method, and even how it will look inside the cabin. If it were me, since it’s equipment you use every day, I would choose it not only based on the unit’s functions, but also based on ease of operation and how neatly it fits after installation. If you’re not sure whether your navigation model is compatible, please consult us after confirming the vehicle model, grade (type), year, and the model number of your currently used navigation.
