【ALPINE KTX-7W-JI-64｜A Dedicated Mounting Kit for Neat Installation of Your Navigation Unit】

ALPINE KTX-7W-JI-64 is an Alpine mounting kit used to install the navigation unit into compatible vehicles.

When replacing a navigation system, it’s important not only to consider the unit’s functions and screen size, but also whether it fits neatly into the dashboard without feeling out of place and whether all the required mounting and connection parts are available. While a mounting kit isn’t a flashy product, it forms the foundation that securely holds the navigation unit and helps the interior look natural.

The navigation unit itself is required separately

This product is a mounting kit that bundles the panel, brackets, connection parts, and more needed to attach the navigation unit to the vehicle. The navigation unit itself is not included.

Depending on the features you want and how you plan to use it, you will need to select the compatible navigation unit separately. What navigation system is most suitable varies depending on what you prioritize—such as ease of viewing the screen, integration with a smartphone, sound quality, and operability.

Even with the same screen size, the mounting kit isn’t necessarily the same

Even if the navigation unit has the same size designation, the unit dimensions, mounting method, panel shape, and required wiring parts may differ by manufacturer and model. In addition, compatibility conditions can change depending on the vehicle’s year, model type, grade, and the specifications of the factory audio.

Therefore, don’t judge based only on the brand name or screen size—such as Carrozzeria, Pioneer, KENWOOD, or ALPINE. It’s important to confirm that both the navigation unit and the vehicle are compatible before purchasing. This kit isn’t necessarily usable with all navigation units in common.

Choose with consideration for usability after installation

The navigation system is something you see every time and operate on a daily basis. If the panel fits properly, the unit is securely fixed, and the wiring is handled neatly, it will lead not only to a better appearance but also to peace of mind when using it for a long time.

At LOGON, we don’t decide based on the navigation unit alone. We check the vehicle specifications, your current audio environment, and the features you want, and then guide you—including the necessary mounting parts. If you gather parts while compatibility is unclear, you may end up needing additional parts or changes to specifications during installation. If it were me, I would confirm the combination properly before purchasing.

If you’re unsure about choosing a navigation system or compatibility, please tell us your vehicle make/model, model type, and year, as well as the manufacturer name and part number of the navigation unit you’re considering. While also asking about how you’ll actually use it, we’ll think together about a realistic combination.
