Since the available settings vary by product and vehicle, we will guide you while checking your current status. Please tell us the product name you are using (e.g., AUTHOR ALARM, etc.) and which sound you would like to make quieter—and in which situation. For safety, we will provide detailed instructions individually, and if necessary, we will adjust the settings after you visit our store and have the vehicle inspected.
