I can't log in to the dedicated app (Author ID, A.connect, Compass, etc.) / it shows offline / I'm getting notifications—what should I do?

In many cases this improves by logging in to the app again or resetting the communication state. Messages such as "Session expired" or an offline state can occur due to a temporary update of communication or authentication. Please try restarting the app and signing in again; if it still doesn't improve, contact us with the message shown or a screenshot. After checking the situation, we will advise on a settings review or an inspection.
