Yes, we can also inspect and make adjustments to vehicles that were not installed by our shop, but first we need to check the vehicle’s current condition.
Deadening work can vary significantly depending on the materials used, the installation method, and how well the material was applied.
Therefore, for vehicles that are not our shop’s installation, we first conduct an on-site inspection of the vehicle and then explain whether the work will be limited to inspection only or if we can proceed to make adjustments.
Also, depending on the details and the scope of the inspection, inspection fees and labor charges may apply.
In particular, for vehicles installed by other shops, confirming the installation condition and understanding the current state may take time. For that reason, we generally inform customers on the assumption that labor charges will be required.
Since there are cases where it’s not possible to determine everything from appearance alone, the final work scope and cost will be explained after the inspection.
If you’d like us to take a look at the current condition—your request is absolutely fine—so please consult us with details and any symptoms or requests you have.
