In some cases, we can install brought-in items depending on their details.
However, we need to confirm the vehicle’s condition and the product details in advance.

For brought-in items, the required work may vary depending on the condition of the main product, whether any accessory parts are included, compatibility, and how existing equipment is currently installed. If the price and whether the work can be performed are decided before confirmation, additional parts or changes to the work may be required later. For this reason, we arrange and organize the details first before providing guidance.

Also, installation of brought-in products is basically centered on replacement work. If you would like a plan proposal tailored to the contents or for introducing new items, in some cases it may be easier to proceed with items arranged by our shop.

Please note that for brought-in items, issues or missing parts of the main product and the point of contact for warranty handling differ from products purchased from our shop. For brought-in items, we handle initial defects caused by our installation free of charge only within one week after installation. If the cause lies with the product itself, the work is chargeable even within one week, and removal and reinstallation work due to a product defect is always chargeable for brought-in items. For initial defects and warranty of the product itself, please contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer, as a rule. The conditions for using a courtesy car and the labor charges may also differ from usual, so we provide guidance after confirming those points in advance.
