再取り付けについて

カーセキュリティは、機器を付け替えるだけで同じ状態に戻せるとは限りません。車種や年式、純正システムの仕様によって、確認が必要な部分や作業内容が変わります。

1年間の無償延長保証

以前、他店でご購入・お取り付けいただいた IGLA JP+タイプ（サイレンなし） を、買い替えた新しいお車へ移設し、再度取り付けるためのプランです。機器は他店様でご用意されたものをそのままお使いいただき、当店では新しい車両への取り付け作業のみを承ります。

まずお持ちの機器を拝見し、現在の状態を確認したうえで、新しいお車への取り付け・再設定・動作確認までを行います。あわせてLEDスキャナーの再取り付け、キーフォブレザーケースの新品交換、車種専用オリジナルマニュアルの発行も行います。車種やご使用年数によっては、機器の状態によりそのまま流用できない場合があります。その際は事前にご相談のうえ、対応方法をご案内します。

24時間サポート（1年間）付き

以前のご購入時期やご使用状況、これまでの施工内容の詳細については、当店では確認のしようがありません。そのかわり、施工日から1年間、24時間いつでもお電話でご相談いただける専用の窓口をお付けしています。動作の不安や使い方について、状況をお伺いします。

メーカー保証は1年間です。新規でお取り付けした場合、当店では2年目を自社で負担し、2年間の保証としてご案内しています。

ただ、その期間を過ぎたあとに機器を新しい車両へ移設すると、保証がない状態になってしまいます。新しいお車に載せ替えた直後こそ気になるところだと思いますので、再取り付けの場合も施工日から1年間の延長保証を無償でお付けしています。
