◆ IGLA ALARM – Latest Firmware Feature Overview
◎ Sensor Bypass Function (Standard from Firmware Version V3.12 and Up)
Avoid false alarms in elevators, ferries, or maintenance situations — now with one-touch sensor bypass.
▷ Overview
IGLA ALARM now includes a one-time sensor bypass feature that temporarily disables the following sensors:
Shock sensor
Tilt sensor
Motion sensor
Previously exclusive to Japan-specific firmware, this feature is now standard across all global firmware versions.
▷ Ideal Usage Scenarios
Multi-story mechanical parking lots
Ferry transport
Short-term maintenance or car wash situations
→ Allows sensor deactivation without disabling the entire security system.
▷ How to Activate (Manual Operation)
Press Unlock on your OEM remote
Then press Lock
→ This sequence activates a one-time sensor bypass.
Once the car is unlocked again, the bypass is automatically canceled, and sensors return to normal operation.
▷ Additional Notes
On supported vehicles, the system will emit two chirps when bypass is successfully enabled.
Some vehicles may not produce chirps (will be addressed in future firmware updates).
Certain makes and models may not support this function — pre-delivery testing is recommended.
◎ Digital Blocking Functions (for IGLA / IGLA ALARM)
No wire cutting. Full security. IGLA uses OEM communication protocols to block vehicle operation.
▷ What Is Digital Blocking?
IGLA uses the vehicle’s CAN or LIN communication systems to block engine start or gear shift operations.
This non-intrusive approach ensures zero interference with the vehicle's electronic systems and full manufacturer safety compliance.
▷ Supported Blocking Modes
Blocking Mode Description
Engine Start Block Completely prevents the engine from starting
Engine Shutdown Allows engine to start, then shuts it down within seconds
Shift Lock (New) Prevents gear from moving out of Park (P) mode
▷ Shift Lock Feature Details
Applicable Vehicles: Cars with electronic gear selectors (Toyota / Lexus / AUDI etc.)
Behavior: If the system is not disarmed, attempts to shift into D/R/N will be automatically reverted to P
Coverage: Blocks all shifting modes — Drive, Reverse, Neutral
